An Important Experience I Learned in Real Life
Thumb Rule for Any Problem: Our Mindset

Problem: Introduction or any communication in public speaking.
Good Point: It's very common, so don't worry at all. Once it's done 2-3 times, it's an amazing experience.
Solution:
Objective: To remove the fear of public speaking.
Knowledge: You already have it, as only you know yourself better than anyone. So, it's only you who can introduce yourself in the best possible way.
Kickstart: Just take the challenge and go for it.
What to Think Before Speaking:
I am telling something to people which is not known to them or they have less knowledge about.
I have more knowledge than the person/group I am speaking with. Never think that everyone already knows what you're about to say. Remember, not everyone knows everything, or else conferences and meetings wouldn't exist.
There are many out there who do not get the privilege to speak up, so it's the right time to get ready.
Many leaders in the world speak very little, use the wrong language, wrong body language, and fumble a lot in foreign languages. So, what's the problem if I do the same?
What's the worst that can happen? We'll see what happens... let's try! 😊
Assume that people will clap or appreciate you after speaking; this will boost your confidence.
What to Do:
Think of sharing something new about your topic or a new viewpoint.
Memorize your key points before speaking.
Drink water before you start speaking; it relaxes the body and mind.
Practice in front of a mirror, then in front of a friend.
Practice your speech in front of different walls at your home.
If you are comfortable, try to add a little humor to your speech. It catches the attention of the audience immediately, and then the audience will listen to you more keenly.
While speaking, look at the person you like or your friends or someone you know. Then, as you get going, look at other people. They also want to hear you.
Don't think about finishing quickly. Pause, understand the crowd/person, and adjust your points if feasible. Speak calmly and take pauses. Even famous speakers like Rahul Gandhi and Modi take pauses to avoid mistakes.
Other Tips:
Don't think you cannot speak. You are educated and well-behaved; people always appreciate the effort and like to listen if you have new knowledge to share.
Try speaking with children first to gain more confidence, then with family, and then move forward to the outer world.
With practice, I am sure this problem will be solved.
Hope this helps in case you get an opportunity. Just grab it! 😀
If there are any issues or suggestions, let's discuss. 👍
Hope it's worthy for you.
